First of all, I have been meaning to get around to this review before now, we had this build done in March this year, sorry about that Wes, time has just gotten away from me. What can I say that hasn't already been said by many of the reviewers on this site. I want to personally thank Wez and the team for probably the best addition to my house ever. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and soon realised that nothing was too much trouble. We had an old fireplace with a hearth and air conditioning unit directly above it, that I wanted incorporated into the build. Wez came to the house to measure up and immediately noticed the original fire fitters had not put the fire in the centre of the wall, so therefore, the air-conditioning unit had been set to the centre of that. However, he said that would not be a problem, careful measuring would mean that the alcoves would be slightly different in width, which to be honest, most have not noticed until I told them. The team.were.in constant contact, checking on my final choice of soundbar so that everything would fit perfectly. Even when they were.well into the build, nothing fazed Wez, not even when I changed the design a little so that the sound bar was not enclosed because of the type with up pointing speakers, that the sound would be lost in an enclosure The whole team were on time every morning, left the place as clean and tidy as they could in the evening and were the most polite respectful workers.I have ever met, not only with the customers, but with each other, we didn't hear any disagreements at all at any time. As you can see, the final result is out of this world. If you are looking for something completely bespoke, which will become part of the fabric of your house and just look like it has always been there and beautifully done to a very high standard, Rotherham Fireplace Centre is the place to go.

I do not usually leave reviews but had to for this company. Absolutely outstanding !!! Fantastic service and Fantastic workmanship, all the staff are so friendly and polite. They really do go the extra mile. A big thank you to you all.

We were visiting our daughter in Sheffield. Whilst there, we googled "Fireplace Irons". Rotherham was one, 20 minute journey. We rang. We had excellent information from Lacey including an invitation to visit the showroom where a selection was on display and catalogues of the full range could be viewed. Once there, everybody seemed relaxed, helpful and charming. We chose a set. Yes, fine, but regret not in stock. takes a few days. How long are you staying? Going tomorrow- could you deliver it to our home address. ? I'll check. Yes certainly - and at no extra charge. The excellent Fire Irons were delivered by courier 2 days later First Class Thank you Robin

I cannot praise this company enough. Being a perfectionist myself I was unsure about my purchase/ service particularly as I have LPG gas. Wes & the team provide mock up pictures & detailed advice, good old fashioned professional service at its best. The installation was undertaken with care & attention to the highest standards by Wes & Ryan with safety being their first concern. They were very courteous & the reception team were also very helpful. & kept in regular contact. If you’re unsure about who to choose to fit your new fire, look no further you won’t beat this service & price.

After visiting 7 other fireplace centres we were lucky to visit Rotherham fireplace centre, saved the best till last springs to mind. Kelly was great, talked us through the features of the fire we were interested in but then stood back to let us talk together for our thoughts. Survey was arranged and Wes was also very professional, so much so we ordered our electric hole in the wall fire to replace our existing gas one, work to be done in 2 weeks, confident it will be a fabulous job. Thanks all.
